I have two lines with EE, one for iPhone and one for iPad, both Sim Only contracts and both have Friends & Family discounts.
I've just tried to purchase a new 24-month data-sim contract for my iPad and the F&F discount is not showing at checkout.
I've also just tried to purchase a new 24-month iPhone 16 Pro contract and when clicking "Continue to Checkout" it resets to upgrade homepage.
I'm trying to give you money and you won't let me.
What does EE need to do to resolve this?
Update: I have managed to purchase a 24-month iPhone 16 Pro contract, which includes F&F discount.
As yet unable to purchase 24-month data-only sim for iPad that includes existing F&F discount, however I am considering transferring this to 24-month Apple Watch 10 contract, can this be done?

Smartwatches are already discounted with multi-line discount and as such are not eligible for Family and Friends or any other discounts.
What plan were you trying to choose for the SIM? Only plans without a discount and not on a promotional offer can be chosen as discounts cannot be stacked.

Okaydoke, that's fair enough on the Watches.
I was trying to buy Essentials Unlimited for £32.00. No discounts indicated as far as I can see, certainly none stated when going through the upgrade process.

Is that on a Data-Only SIM?
If so, it could be worth trying this on a normal phone SIM Only.
There's no practical difference between the two, you'll just have a calls and text allowance that goes unused but it will still function the same as a Data-Only SIM.
