Hello.
I saw my bill was suddenly added unknown charges. My next bill (13/12/2024) should be total gbp 80 for 4 numbers. Why it's shown GBP 144.26!!!!
Because my contract was offered by Smiley on online chat. She's gave me a family plan GBP 20*4peoples.
************ now is show over gbp 39.xx
************ now is show over gbp 59.xx
And 2 times of extra charges, which's GBP 1.5 for one time charges *2 times. What's is these?
All charges are not as I expected; I cannot accept them. If EE can't charge gbp 80 for my family plan, I need to cancel all back-to-origin services and charges.

We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with your bills, and for these to be as you'd expect.
We do not have account access here on the Community, but if you log into your account online then you can see a full breakdown of your bills, which should help you to see what is happening.
