If i remove my direct debit from my account that is for my monthly EE phone bill and my monthly bill is ready to be taken out the next day where it’s under ‘upcoming direct debit’ will you at EE still take the money out of my bank account.

Also, another thing is i cancelled the direct debit in my bank app for it and it shows ‘declined’ underneath it so does that mean it won’t be taken tomorrow 17th November.

@serenmai123 : If you remove your DD details after your bill has been posted but before the DD is taken by EE, it is then too late to stop EE attempting to take the DD.

Dunno what your bank means by ‘declined’. Could it mean they declined your cancellation of the DD, probably cuz EE already has a DD debit already in motion?
