My contract is ending soon and I would like to discontinue with my sim only package and change to pay as you go instead, how do I di this

- Upgrade to contract no change to order status in Orders
- Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade - just c in EE app and website
- Cancel in Contracts & Billing
