My ee sim is not working. literally got it today had no issues and now it wont connect to network nothing. done all the trouble shooting and network settings. I cant even make a phone call to see if is a payment issue. The app doesnt work and i cant link the new sim as i cant receive text messages. please help as i have to work in 5 hours and need my phone for it.

What was the reason for the new SIM - is this a lost & stolen replacement? New connection? Or something else?
If the SIM isn't working and it won't connect, then lack of ability to make or receive calls is a logical consequence.
Can you explain what "all the troubleshooting" is that you've tried so far?
