data roaming pass

Hi,

I will be travelling to Italy in a couple of weeks and was going to use a data roaming pass for £25, will I be allowed to use my own data like i when in the UK. So will i be able to use the internet, whats app and mobile hot spot for my laptop at no extra charge. I have a lot of GB per month so does it work the same

@mellie14 , if you are on monthly contract, the roaming pass for £25 will allow you to use up to 50GB of data, anymore and you will be charged.

Please do not forget to text roaming to 150 before going abroad, otherwise you will not be able to use it and would have to contact customer service, if you have not already done so. Enjoy and have a good holiday!

so only 50gb for the 15 days i will be there, hopefully that will be enough

To add, the Roam Abroad pass is not a data roaming add-on, it's a roaming add-on. It allows use of all your UK allowances - voice calls, text messages & mobile data.
