Hi.
I’m having the same problem as a few others it seems. I Have purchased the 7 day pass & have confirmation of it. I have tried all the suggestions from previous posts. I have Telstra set manually. Turned phone on & off a few times. Still nothing. I went through the EE app & bot said I had roaming on. I called a week or so before I left, to check it would be ok. Was told yes & had my spend cap removed, as here for weeks. Data works, text worked, as I had to register for this forum. Please help

Hi.
I have solved it now.
I tried all networks & finally read somewhere, to use Telstra, so below was my attempts at getting going.
I selected Telstra manually. But it didn't work. Then restarted, still nothing good. After a few different ways of doing this I gave in. Last attempt was to turn off everything. Then restarted & turned everything else on bit by bit. Still no good. Restarted again & calls finally worked, although no caller ID shows on UK phones when I call. Although my wife’s phone shows it’s her. Lastly a bit of patience between each bit really helps I think.
Also before this, my wife couldn’t call me, totally silent on her phone in the UK
FYI before this, when I tried calling above the name it showed calling, then changed to call assist. At all times it was totally silent.
