Cost of wifi calling from abroad

Hi,I am currently abroad (outside of the EU). Roaming and mobile data are switched off. Wifi calling is switched on and I am able to make calls. Can someone please tell me if I am paying for my calls? I read in this forum that wifi calling only works...

Wifi Calling

Mine has gone off again After disabling it, rebooting and reactivating it seems to be on, but seriously given how many folks rely on this PLS COULD EE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND DO A ROBUST AND PERMANENT FIX???

I can make any call o sent text in italy, this do not suppose to happen because I have the roaming plan
