Abroad no coverage even with roaming

I haven’t been able to use my data neither receive calls or use data , please , I request a call back urgently

Hi,I traveled abroad (USA) on 26.07.2024  after checking with customer support  and waited 1 and half day. There is no sign of  network detection. only appear SOS. can't make any calls.  Very bad experience, lost hope and feel helpless .   

Can someone explain what to do when usage runs out and info about roaming?

Same problem, pay monthly phones, activated Roam Abroad prior to leaving the UK and received confirmation texts. Arrived in Canada - no 4g, no mobile network. Unable to contact/make calls on WiFi calling in order to resolve this. What's the issue ple...
