Did you get a resolve? I've been on 121 t-mobile then EE for 25 years but recently the signal has been atrocious, my work mobile is on Gamma - EE JV and works fine but my S24 struggles, I have raised query but not received a cohesive response, it would appear it's my issue not ee

What do you mean by "have raised query but not received a cohesive response"? and who was that raised with?
