Calling numbers are shown as private

Hello,I have a galaxy S9 phone that I bought 4 years ago from Poland. I have recently moved to Cambridge. I bought EE SIM. However, my phone is showing all calling numbers as private. Any ideas how to fix this?

Roaming pass

Hello, I have traveled to Italy and ran out of data, minutes and texts. I have being tying to text “ROAMING PASS” to 150 like the website says to do, but the message obviously won’t send. What should I do?
