So I have the unlimited texting and unlimited calling with the 15gb data plan pay as you go monthly. It seems though that I’m having difficulty with my texts by being charged for sending picture messages. Now I have been living overseas in the US for a long while now and we NEVER got charged for sending picture messages, do these cellular companies really charge their customers for picture messaging ? If so than why pay for the unlimited texting feature if that’s not even going to be included in the deal? Any way to get another dime out of your customers I guess, so dumb 🙄

@abrader : Picture Msgs are not texts (SMS). SMS are only pure text. Picture Msgs are MMS, usually texts with an attachment, & these are always chargeable unless you have an add-on covering them.

Hi @abrader
Not many people use mms these days because the images are normally massively compressed and the cost. Check your EE app for an MMS message package or use a data message app like WhatsApp or email.
Thanks
