My ee

I have put my. New sim card Into my phone and soon as I leave wifi it wont allow me to use my own internet  

Billing

Ive payed my overdue bill but my services are still suspended and i cant call 150 because my services arnt back

Lost my minutes and txt

I am paying 4 50 monthly for 250 min and 500txt pet month. Yesterday I had this available together with data Today it has all gone to zero and I have only made one phone call and no texts. Any ideas

Is this why we have been left on arrival at New Zealand today without any access to data , internet etc the ‘roaming further’  arranged weeks ago with your customer service is not working? Been to phone sop here for advice and they couldn’t help. Ver...

Calls not working in Australia

Hi I am currently in Australia and I paid EE the £10 Add on before we left unfortunately I can’t make or receive any calls has anyone got any advice I’ve also turned roaming on

Unlimited data when abroad

Hii have an unlimited data plan but I’ve just travelled to Morocco and I’m being asked to pay for more data….is this not included?
