I ordered a new phone through EE and done the network checks it’s saying I should have between 4/5 bars of service but I am getting between non and 1 bar phone calls have been hassle ever since is there anything I can do about this?

Hey all so I just landed in Thailand. Forgot to do roaming on my phone or package. some important work texts have been sent but I’m unable to get any signal with my EE sim card. any advice? Thanks.

hi,can someone help , im abroad and my EE sim is activated for roaming , but in not gettin g any text messages on my phones.

How do I connect to ee WiFi on London underground? I'm always asked for username and password and it fails to log me in
