No service

Hi i havent had signal on my phone since december 2022and it keep saying no service and i put my phone off and on and i reset it and no thing change

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

It could be that your account is in hibernation.

When did you last use your phone for a chargeable service?

If it has been out of use for some time, it may not be possible to reactivate your SIM.
