WiFi calling - no incoming calls

I am using iPhone 11, WiFi and internet working OK, WiFi calling is enabled on my phone.

I have no mobile signal to my home office so rely on WiFi calling.  I can make out-going calls but all incoming calls fail to ring out.  The first I know about a call is a missed call notification or a voicemail message.

I've restarted router and phone but this hasn't solved the problem.

Any advice gratefully received.

@jamesbisset  Have you tried a network reset on the phone ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Can you receive incoming calls if you're already on a call? Via call-waiting.

Do incoming calls reach your phone when you're in mobile coverage? That will eliminate a DND/unconditional divert.

Yes I have.  And, for what it's worth, I also have a Samsung S10 Lite Android 13 phone on O2 which has the same problem of not getting incoming calls on WiFi calling, so it would seem to point to an EE broadband related problem rather than device?

This doesn't happen very often but I have had this work OK when in mobile range.  Not on WiFi calling.

Yes, no problem at all.
