Cannot upgrade online

I have tried several times to upgrade online and cant and I have waited in the queue on the phone but took to long and had to get back to workSurley this can  be done another way as online chat never working either

HiI'm due to travel to Morocco, Cape Verde, Brazil, Uruguay & Argentina on a once in a lifetime cruise.I need roaming data in all countries and will make an occasional voice call as well.Any suggestions as to which Add-On (s) would best suit my needs...
