Unable to get phone signal

I am new user to EE. Got a message that my sim is activated and asked to restart phone. But later can’t see the mobile signal? Can some one help what is the issue ? Even I can’t call to 150 as there is no signal in my phone.

Calls

We are in India, I have a call plan added on, but do I leave data on or off to make and receive calls to the U.K.?Also, there is no signal on my iPhone to show I’m connected to a network provider over here.any help is appreciated

Unwanted emails /apps

Hi I’m constantly receiving emails and texts I block them but it makes no difference, these have become every few minutes , also I can’t seem to store anymore apps on my phone .thanks
