Resolved! No service

I’m travelling around Europe (currently in Croatia) and have the monthly roaming pass. Still have most of my data allowance left and no problems for the last 5 weeks but no service today. Have tried restarting my phone. Any ideas?

I’m out of the country, have purchased a roaming add on for £15, upped my spend cap to £20 - but can’t connect when not on wifi
