Network connectivity

I’ve just arrived in Switzerland and have no network connection, EE is incapable of helping me. What do I do?

No Caller ID

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if EE offer a way to return calls to No Caller ID's? I know some companies allow you to dial a certain number and it tells you.
