Receiving Text Messages From Abroad While in UK

Hi guys,

I’m just wondering if my EE plan can receive a text messages like OTP, notifications, promo alerts, from the bank outside UK? do you have any idea if EE will charge me for each messages I received?

I registered my UK number (EE pay monthly plan) to my bank outside UK as my main mobile number for purposes of online banking access.
