Roaming

I’ve arrived into New York and turned on my roaming but I get no service. I can’t call out or receive calls or messages and the website is no help. There is no EE stores in New York so what do I do?

Can not use my phone abroad - Unlimited Data and Calls

Am in Australia and cannot use my phone. I have unlimited data and calls, monthly contract.  When I send ROAM to 150. It says my phone is ready to be used abroad but  I cannot use it for calls or data. Please help. I cannot even make any calls either...

Unable to call

 The replacement sim arrived and in my Redmi phone. Tried to make a test call and showing mobile network not available. (try wirless network showing) Home Internet working Ok on phone. Any ideas please?Thanks

How to call

Today I started using an e-sim, but I can’t make a phone call even after I scanned QR and did setup. What should I do?FYI, I can use SMS and the internet.
