Hi there
As of a few days ago I cannot make calls from my phone. I press any number (including EE) and it immediately hangs up and says ‘call ended’
please could someone advise how to fix the issue?

Are you able to receive calls OK? Does your phone show coverage bars and either VoLTE (Android) or 4G-call (Apple)?
When did you last restart your phone or toggle flight mode?
