Roaming not working abroad in USA

I have added on roaming to use my phone from the UK to the USA and i cannot make a call or text. I also cannot get hold of EE to notify them. Also i have tried to increase my soend cap to which i too again have been unsuccesful.

What does EE charge for EU roaming (since their website doesn't work, ever)

Maybe its just me but the page designed to give me my personalised roaming charges has never (ever) worked, in like 8 years its never worked. So what do they cost and how are we supposed to find them?

I have a same issue and looks like EE couldn’t fix the isseue. All troubleshooting done and I still can’t receive any calls from any network. Any idea why?
