you have to make sure HSBC have your number to get passcodes its not EE side

No, just this one. HSBC have my correct Mobile number and Bank details. HSBC are now asking its customers to confirm online card payments more often.

As you haven't made any recent changes to your mobile account and can receive other messages successfully, I'd recommend reporting this issue to your bank.

I did tell HSBC and they said tell my service provider which is EE, but I'll try them again.
