26/04/25 I AM IN EXACTLY THE SAME SITUATION. I CANNOT GET ANY SORT OF CONTACT WITH ONLINE CHAT TO EE, MY ROAMING PASS HAS RUN OUT & I NEED ANOTHER ONE BUT JUST CANNOT GET ANY RESPONSE FROM EE. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. I AM NOW UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CONTACT TO ANYONE. I HAVE BORROWED A LOCAL'S LAPTOP TO ACCESS THIS SITE & MY EMAIL BUT CAN"T ACCESS MY EMAIL BECAUSE A ONE TIME PASSCODE (OTP) IS BEING SENT TO GUESS WHERE..? YES, MY MOBILE.

Have you received a text from EE with a link?

The lack of a billing add-on should not prevent your phone connecting to a local network, although only voice calls & text messages will be available without one.
