Hey,over the past couple of days I've found I'm unable to make or receive calls.All attempts to call result in a cannot connect message and any incoming calls result in an instant missed call message with no ring. I've no issue sending/receiving text...

Does one have to activate roaming in order to make and receive calls? Would that not result in roaming charges ON TOP OF the "30 mins from anywhere" calling package?
