That is why then. You cannot call international because your spend cap is turned on. Spend cap stops you making any calls outside of your allowances. Removing the spend cap will allow you to call poland.
It might be cheaper for you to buy the international addon, for £13/month. This will give you access to 500 minutes to call 50 countries form the UK, including Poland. To buy it, text 500INTL1 to 150. It is monthly recurring, so you will need to cancel it when you no longer need it.

Do you have a PAYG sim or Pay Monthly sim?
If PAYG, do you have enough credit to make the call? International calls are not covered in your pack allowances.
If Pay Monthly - do you have a spend cap active on your plan? Text SPEND CAP to 150 to find out.
If so, you can text REMOVE SPEND CAP to remove it, or PAUSE SPEND CAP to pause it until your next allowance refresh.

If you have a spend cap, then you won't be able to dial international numbers as they are not included in your standard plan, so it would incur an extra cost.
