Why does my phone say emergency calls only? I have credit and data but?

What device do you have and did you get it from EE?

Hi,it's a Google pixel 4A,been usin' it for about 6 months with an EE
SIM,20quid a month package and poor connection when not usin' WiFi.

Are you on Wi-Fi now?

Is Wi-Fi calling still enabled and set as the preferred option?

Have you tried briefly going into airplane mode and then re-enabling the radios?

Hi Leanne,yeah have done that multiple times,it happens all the time and EE
say there's a problem.

If there a network problem in your area, you can register for updates on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker.

The network team will text or email you when there is an update.
