Why can't i get a wifi connection on my mobile, computer working fine

cannot get a Wi Fi connection on my mobile, computer working fine so presumably the Wi Fi connection is ok.

@Tonyspurs  Has it worked before when you’ve trying joining this router ?   Have you tried deleting the network from your device and rejoining it ?    have you tried restarting both devices?   Turn the router off for 30+ seconds before restarting it.
