using EE Mobile network 4g  4bars signal  iPhone 16+

selecting William hill app on my phone and then gets a message 

this connection is not secure. then tried signing in through William Hill web site

and still get the same issue.

but using EE wi-fi at home William Hill app and web site all working ok.

I have reset network settings on my iPhone  and still getting the issue

@Bluesriff7 , it looks like parental control is set to age limited.

You can change this yourself if on contract by going to the app and clicking on the icon at the top right and then clicking on settings and permissions and then manage settings, scroll down to where it says parental control and change it.

If on pay as you go, you would have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount with a credit card to get it lifted, or go to an EE store with photo ID.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
