Hi, can anyone help.

I’ve getting voicemail notifications even though there’s no message.

I’ve done a soft reset.

I’ve had someone ring my phone, leave a message and I’ve listened to it and then deleted it and that didn’t work.

I’m not sure what else to try.

any help help please?

thanks

Hi, tbh I’m not sure if yours was the solution but I thanked you anyway. I think the actual solution was getting someone else to ring and leave an answering message, which I’d read on a different thread. I say this because, the last step I tried was that one and it didn’t work straight away so I posted on here. I then read yours and went to try it and the notification had already vanished. So I can only presume it was the ‘get someone to ring me and leave an answering message’ that did the trick.

I have tried ringing from another phone and then deleting the voicemail, that didn’t work.

Hi,

I’ve read your thread and just to clarify, did you get someone else to ring and leave a voice message and then delete it once you’ve listened to it till the end? This worked for me but didn’t happens straight away.

good luck
