Voicemail notification will not disappear even though there’s no message

Hi, can anyone help.

I’ve getting voicemail notifications even though there’s no message.

I’ve done a soft reset.

I’ve had someone ring my phone, leave a message and I’ve listened to it and then deleted it and that didn’t work.

I’m not sure what else to try.

This didn’t work for me. When I left a voicemail it’s says there’s no voicemail.

If you're not able to clear this notification via leaving a message and ensuring everything is cleared, then it should be possible for us to clear this from our end.
