Hi, had anybody else had or having an issue with voicemails not receiving until a day later, sometimes two days. Twice recently I’ve had a voicemail left but haven’t been had the notification until a day or so later. I’ve noticed that as soon as I switch to mobile data when I get in the car that’s when they seem to be arriving. For some reason they don’t come through when I’m connected to my wifi. Any ideas ?

@Belburn78 Visual voicemail does require a data connection, but unless your data is switched off completely when you are on WiFi, being connected to WiFi shouldn't stop them being recieved. So first check that data is still enabled whilst you have WiFi on.
Outside of that it would be worth trying a reset of your phones network settings, this will clear your saved WiFI spots so you will need to reconnect and re-enter the WiFi password after doing this.
If you are still having issues after that, you can also try removing and re-adding the visual voicemail itself by texting VISUAL OFF to 150 and awaiting confirmation, then text VISUAL to 150 turn it back on when ready.

Hey there, @Belburn78
Just to be sure, when the notification eventually does come through, is this a text alert from us, or is it the notification in the handset?
Also if you're using an iPhone, are you using Visual Voicemail, or just the standard option?

Hi Peter, thanks for replying. The notification comes on the handset and it’s the visual voicemail I use. Should I perhaps switch to the standard version instead of the visual ? Just baffles me how they don’t come through until I’m on mobile data and not wifi
