I am having the same problem with authentication codes from my bank. Messages from other companies come through ok.

How long have you had this problem? Have you recently changed your number or ported-in?
If only one specific sender is affected, it would tend to suggest a problem with them rather than an EE-one which is likely to affect multiple senders.

CS' recommendation to use the international format is an interesting one. It's something to rule out for sure, but I believe the bulk-SMS gateways already allow for this - I would be very surprised if this resolves, time will tell.
