Unable to receive a call from Singapore

I have an important call from Singapore, but they informed me that they are unable to reach me. My network is great and can receive a local call. Could you please advise this issue?

Are they adding the international dialing code if they are calling from a Singapore number.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

There is no difference to your setup, whether a call you receive is from Singapore or Southampton.
