I am on a contract with EE and currently I'm unable to make or receive calls.
Data and Wi-Fi is working fine.
I have tried all of the usual recommendations:
- Turn Airplane mode on and off
- Turned phone on and off
- Removed and reinserted SIM
- Reset network settings
- Confirmed I have carrier settings defined correctly, can see I am using EE 4G
- Call forwarding is not enabled
When I try to make a call to mobile or landline it simply refuses to work.
Any advice for resolving this please?

Are you abroad? If so have you tried adding+44 to your numbers?
If you're in the UK use Skype and the number in my signature to call EE, or use EE live chat.

Try toggling your phone down to 2G/3G to see if this makes any difference. Are you in the UK or abroad?
