Good afternoon,
I wonder if anyone has any suggestions please. My father is having issues with not being able to hear the other person on calls. We thought it was a fault with the phone so that has been replaced (it's not a smart phone) that didn't solve the issue so we thought it was the SIM card so that has been replaced. However the problem is still persisting. It is on all calls, the person on the other end can hear my father but he cannot hear them.

Unfortunately he's nowhere near an EE store and doesn't drive.

I'm stumped as to what could be causing this, apart from a fault or a settings issue, @Jja123
Who was it that replaced the phone initially? Have you spoken to them?

Hi Chris,
I'm completely stumped as well. The phone was purchased brand new from Amazon however I really don't think it is the phone that's the issue as like I say it's exactly the same fault on both the old and new phones (different makes and models). I also forgot that he also had a different brand new phone from Amazon which also had the same fault (he sent that one back)
