I took out a Roam Abroad Pass to go to Greece and now want to turn it off, how do I do this please? I can't find it anywhere, and texting STOP TRAVEL to 150 didn't work, thanks for your help 🙂

Sorry but that does not work at all.  It's a bit of mumbo jumbo to me 😞

Every time I text STOP ROAMING PASS I get a message saying "reply with the country you're interested in".  They don't want us to stop roaming cos we pay more if we roam !

Yes, you have to ring customer service and there's a 30-minute wait - aargh :(.

EE is awful but I'm tied into my contract - boohoo.  Can't wait for it to finish so I can go back to the wonderful O2.

yes.  but they didn't work

You can also phone 150 but there's a 30-minute wait ..............zzzzzzzz ..........

It's not sorted out.    We just want to STOP ROAMING not Roam Further.  There is no longer an online chat, the STOP ROAMING texts are not working and there's a 30-minute wait to speak to someone.   That is not sorted out at all !!

Yes, but nothing works.   Either I will have to wait 30 minutes to speak to someone or I will have to go into the EE shop - 30 minutes to get there, parking charge and 30 minutes back :(.    I hate EE.  Can't wait for my contract to finish.

That doesn't work.  I just get the reply :  "reply with the country you're interested in".  I don't think they've got the message !

I am, Katie, and it's a nightmare.  Texting STOP ROAMING doesn't work.  I can't get into my EE App because I can't remember my passcode and it doesn't give me the option of resetting it.  There is a 20-minute wait on a phone call.   This is not good.

Sorry, Grand Master, but texting STOP ROAMING PASS does not work.  I just get a reply asking what country I'm interested in.  There's a 20 minute wait on a phone call.   I cannot access my app because I can't remember the passcode and no option is given for resetting it.  What more can I do? ... yes, wait for 20 minutes to speak to someone or go into the shop which will take minimum one hour there and back.  BTW an easier phone number is a simple 150.  And BTW there is no option 3.
