Text messages not going through to only one person

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone else had that same problem. I have switched from 3 to EE in November and upgraded from iPhone 13 to iPhone 15. Ever since then, my mum is not getting any text messages from me (she lives in Austria and does not have a smartphone).
She spoke to her support and they said problem is our side. Therefore we tried several things: 

If I text anyone else (no matter where they live) they get the text, only she does not.
I can still call here.

My sister, who is on 3 and got an iPhone, can still text her and she receives the messages

My partner is on EE as well, has an android,  the text messages also don’t get through.

Roaming is enabled and extra costs is enabled as well.
“Send as SMS when iMessage is unavailable” is also ticked.
It seems like the only text messages that don’t get through are with the EE network?

Can anyone provide some help?

Is your mums number an international number?

Am I correct in saying you are still able to call your mum OK?

Are you able to receive texts OK?

Roaming is when you use your phone abroad, so is irrelevant in this scenario.

If you are sending messages as iMessages, that is an Apple-specific issue. If you are sending them as text messages, do they show as "sent" on your phone? That's the critical bit.

thanks for the reply.

Yes, my mums number is international. But I can send text messages to other international numbers without a problem.

Her texts are coming through and I am able to call her and she me.
