Text message from verify

Hi,

Since yesterday I’ve been getting text messages from VERIFY. The sender is in my contacts, when I text her I just go in the text conversation clicking on her name but the replies come from Verify  as a separate conversation. Any idea what happened and how to solve it? Ta

Just the standard messages app on iPhone

Are the messages being sent as SMS or iMessages @Bigsonio?

SMS as the other person is not an iPhone user…

I'm unable to find any other examples of this issue. I'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support to see if they can help.

it’s back to normal now.  Totally weird
