We bought our SIM in EE Covent Garden. Due to the expiry, we didn't insert the new SIM until in France. It seems to connect to a network but no internet access and cannot dial 150?
Any ideas please?

Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network before they can be used abroad. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

Hi James, All I know is it has a 30 day expiry and is supposed to have 50GB of data. The picture of the pack she sent me says "EE Pay as you go".
Does that make a difference?
She will be in Amsterdam later today if that makes a difference...
Does EE have any offices over there??

Hi,
I (her Dad) rang the EE shop after posting this yesterday but got cut off and couldn't get through again, he seemed to indicate it could be done but not how, and now not sure who to ring (they don't answer any more)?
If this can't be used (very disappointing) do you recommend any company in the EU (she'll be in Amsterdam later today).
