Been in Canada the past few days and was working fine. But since mid day it's been patchy with giving me signal to anything with no R symbol appearing on my bars. Any help appreciated

I live in London, currently visiting Los Angeles. Since yesterday our phones have been unable to make voice calls, neither to US nor UK numbers. This outage is being reported on MacRumors etc but I can’t find any mention of it on ee’s site or app. It’s impossible to contact ee as the chat system tells you they only respond to phone calls!

@NR90024 : Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Same here! I used my other phones Hotspot to contact ee via message and it seems he fixed it but now several hours later, nothing again..and now they're closed...

Hello EE is there anyone out there who is listening to all these issues PLEASE sort it. We are all trying to contact you BUT seems impossible to call UK to do it. This is not the service we were promised...been over 24 hours of useless service now!

Hi could you send me what you recommended as in in america and exactly the same I have tried were you search for the available networks and it does find them but won't register to t-moble and at&t who I have got a signal with earlier in the year so could you help please

I have tried that several times and I find about 6/7 networks and from memory earlier in the year when visiting the networks use were t-mobile and at&t and these will not register when you try

Hello Jennifer54321, ditto. I’ve been in USA for 14 days now, travelling, 10 to go. All worked ok but yesterday “emergency calls only” , “scan networks automatically “ won’t find any networks, “scan manually” will find networks but none let me register. I have the roam abroad pass, data roaming is on. I’ve tried to amend the spend cap , as suggested by some, to “no cap” but that gets “service is unavailable”. Part of me says I’m on holiday and so if nobody can call me, can’t be all bad ! However, hoping some community member has the solution.

I'm so glad someone else has this issue I thought I was going mad!
I've been in the USA since 19th June and on 26th June sometime around 8/9pm Central Time in Chicago my network dropped and I haven't been able to get it to reconnect since (coming up on 24 hours)
I've got the Roam Further pass enabled and have done EVERY technical resolution:
On occasion it will join a network and show 'no signal' but with a data connection and I have been able to send an iMessage and then it disconnects from the network.
Having worked for BT/EE in my past (within some of the technical of global networks) I would say this is for sure a technical network problem. I messaged the team via Twitter but had no response at all yet.

Hang in there I've got the same problem. I've been in Chicago since 19th June roaming absolutely fine and yesterday (26th) in the evening it just dropped and wouldn't connect to the network and hasn't since.
