Hi, being on standard SIM with unlimitedtext and minutes. From around a month I cant send text or call. It says I have reached my limit but its impossible as I got it unlimited and I just paid my bill so not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

I'm in UK and the message says “you reached your credit limit therefore your services will be restricted” but I'm paying monthly and got unlimited texts and minutes

You must be spending a lot on out-of-allowance services on top of your normal monthly fee & EE had imposed a credit limit on your a/c. Have a look at the breakdown of your bills' details & see what Extras you've been paying for.

What are “out-of-allowance services”. I just call sporadically, mostly using internet to login to bank or map, nothing fancy really

And I can login in the app but when I want to login on their website there is an information that my account was cancelled? In app all is normal
