All phones on my contract have had a message sent to them from EE at 21:00 saying service is suspended as they have reached the credit limit ... all the contracts are unlimited with no spend cap and ... balance on the account is 0
What's going on cos no one can use their phone and EE customer service is closed until 8am
Oh and we work NIGHTSHIFT so need our phones
