Calls not working

Pay monthly phone. I pay for unlimited calls, texts and data, however I have tried to make a phone call this evening and its saying that I have exceeded my credit limit? How is this possible when I get unlimited calls? Cannot get onto the EE app due to last minute maintenance!

Welcome to the Community, @Shelbz2711

Sometimes if a customer runs up additional charges on their account, or has a higher than average bill, this can exceed their account's internal credit limit, and we'll apply a bar to the account.

This is a measure to protect you from running up anything further.

We can't see your account details via these forums to advise on what specifically has caused this, but if you give our team a call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other provider, they can help you get this all checked out.
