Good evening.
I was behind on my bills, but have agreed a repayment plan, and the messages received stated that as long as I follow my payment plan I would not have any restrictions as long as I miss no other payments. However this evening my phone has been restricted anyway. Have no way of contacting anyone at EE at this time, is this normal and will it auto clear itself?
