Oi ex me this my iPhone that I brought my own iPhone it belong to my phone where I brougth from Apple shop you cheeky try to stop my text people this not unfair will you put back on my 4g on now if you don't sort out or I will get you report I care what you are thinking wrong not pay monthly nah you are wrong will you go put back on my service 4g on jst do it now !

@Heard77   Are you on contract or PAYG ?     Have you checked to see if there is a network issue in your area ?  You can use THIS  then click the check status tab.

not contracts this it belong my own phone it was pay as you go

@Heard77   Doesn’t matter who owns the phone the SIM card that’s connected to the network that allows the phone to work via a cellular network it’s what you don’t own and it’s this that has to be working that allows your device to work with a cellular connection.    

So stop with the I own the phone.   


 When did you last use the device to make a chargeable call/text ?

when did you last top up ? 

have use the link I provided ?
