Positive Feedback - No Mobile Data Roaming

I would like to share my positive feedback and wondered if you could pass on a huge thank you to the person from the customer service team who solved my roaming issue.

When I arrived in France, I had no mobile data despite having an EU roaming account. I called 150 and was connected within seconds, and the issue was resolved after the person went through everything methodically and with patience.

Moreover, the person put me on hold and called me on another phone to ensure that I wouldn’t disconnect if calling failed too and that I wouldn’t be left without signal in France.

I really do appreciate it, and being able to get support from EE so quickly is so reassuring and helpful when abroad. Thank you again. 😁😊
