I really want to make a call to EE 150 but as soon as I hit the call button it cuts off. Could you please advise. Thanks

Are you on contract or PAYG? On PAYG you need to have 25p credit to call CS.

I am paying monthly. This is what I want to call for. Because I am paying a
lot of monthly bill without being informed.

I am in the UK and try to dial no. starts with 07 .
It doesn't work.
I was contacted by some Sam Williams (if that was the correct name). I told
him my issue and I have been telling the same thing with all of the CS who
contact me every other day.
I am facing extra charges on my monthly billing when I was told it's just
going to be £9.50 but I am paying £24.00 for the last 3 months.
I am quite frustrated now. No one is helping me out. Every other day I get
calls from EE CS and they say they are going to resolve and refund my money
but nothing happened as of yet.
Totally dissatisfied with your service.
